I think it was done in 2000/2001. Recorded in tape and mixed with analogue editing mixers and other materials, all setup by me and my colleagues (Paulinho, Sara, Rui, 'Tuntz' and Fred) from António Arroio for our cinema class. It is a videoclip for one the most famous songs at the time called "Anda cá ao Papá" by Boss A.C. ("Zona J" official sountrack).
It's good to look back and see my first finished piece of work :) Loved making this video!!
My photography teacher was serving at the bar, the club was actually our cinema and lighting classroom, we almost got a fine for driving the wrong way on a one-way road, the club door was in fact a random door for the Gulbenkian gardens, and the couple that appears on the video broke up way after we finished shooting the interior scenes, so when we were shooting on the exteriors they were really mad at each other, which became a real challenge to all of us! It was frozen on the exterior scenes, so the girl really pulled it out for this film by wearing the shortest, sleeveless, freshest dress she had. We were all so happy for all we accomplished on this one!
